Dear Wharton Alumni,
On behalf of the Wharton Alumni Club of Switzerland, it is my pleasure to invite you to this year's Annual General Meeting ("Vereinsversammlung"), to be held on
Thursday, May 28, 2014, from 12.00 till 14.00 at Mère Catherine, Nägelihof 3, 8001 Zurich.
As is our tradition, we will aim to make this not an overly formal affair, but a quaint lunch meeting, with lively discussions and ample opportunity to meet fellow Whartonians.

- Welcome and opening
- Finances: treasurer's report and auditor statement (vote)
- Discharge of board members (vote)
- Board and auditor's election (vote)
The board's proposal is as follows: President Meton Morais and Dominique Burgauer (co-presidents, NEW); Regional Director Zurich Victoria Leu (re-elect); Regional Director Geneva Nicolas Caron (re-elect); Treasurer Thierry Moussa (re-elect); Secretary Jan Hartmann (re-elect); Auditor Marcus Forte (re-elect).
