Speaker:  Wolfgang Schmidt-Soelch,
            Country Managing Partner, Heidrick & Struggles

Wolfgang is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce. Wolfgang Schmidt-Soelch also co-leads the Financial Services Practice and leads the Insurance Practice for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Schmidt-Soelch was responsible for Winterthur Group's operations in Asia, The Netherlands and North America. Earlier in his career, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Head of the Corporate Centre of Winterthur International, the Head of Corporate Development for Credit Suisse and held roles at Arthur Andersen and Salomon Brothers in Frankfurt and London.
